[ansel] Can Not add gallery

Hi!

I have horde 3.2 RC3 working fine, mysql database, CVS ansel. I created the tables needed for ansel using the script ansel.sql. For some reason I can not create any galleries and I get the folloing error :" Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: horde_permission in /horde/ansel/lib/Shares/datatree.php on line 739

Any ideas?
