+ When client is enters a filter, they are entering a full address that they see
+ enclosed in <> brackets.  ie the mail they want to filter has
+ <someuser at somedomain.com> in the from field so they put in the address with the
+ angle brackets.  The problem comes in when the filter php interface tries to
+ show the filter.  Presumably because of the significance of the angle brackets
+ in html, the filter interface on displays part of the filter.  The angle
+ brackets that are part of the filter definition are confusing the browser.  Any
+ suggestions on escaping the angle brackets in the filter string display or
+ should the angle brackets be getting stripped off of the filter string when the
+ user is defining it?
