Excuse-me!

When I tried to search a ticket by "summary like" It differred Upper/Lower
case words.

It needs to find in any case. I think. 
In this case the redundancy also occurs on tickets with "same subject" in
lower or "SAME SUBJECT" in upper .

Quando tentei procurar um ticket pelo "summary like" ele diferenciou
palavras maiúsculas e minúsculas.
A pesquisa de ser feita independente disso. Eu acho.
Da mesma forma é possível ter redundância de tickets com "mesmo assunto" em
minúsculas ou "MESMO ASSUNTO" em maiúsculas.
