I'm using MySQL backend for all the storage (kronolith, datatree, horde,
...)

- First, I create a calendar.
- If I set all the  permissions for "authenticated users" everything is
working correctly (the other users can see the shared calendar in the combo
box).
- If I set all the permissions for  a group or a user (without permissions
for "authenticated users"), the shared calendar isn't visible for other
users.
