block that is malfunctioning. Forget everything I said before and let me
start from the beginning.

If new mail arrives and I login, the is no popup at first time. After I read
new messages I always go to Folder Navigator and wait for mail here. And
only after second bunch of messages arrive I get JS popup. This works
exactly the same in summary block too.

I'm not using any filters. And I don't think it could be related to
maintenance, because I see popup only after I go to inbox and read new
messages one time.
