Upgraded kronolith to v2.2CVS

Synchronised my calendar with funambol (222) entries, 84 of them were
all-day events.  They are still not visible.

They all have an enddate of 31 Dec 1969 or 1971 or 1972 or 1973, also
enddates of 1 Jan 1971 are seen

I then synched with my phone, all 222 entries have been transfered but 84
were deleted on the phone (probably due to the enddate).
