This is exactly what I reported in a previous ticket.  Horde 3.2 at a  
minimum is released and, due to the beta-ness of IE 8 over the last  
year, the newest version of Horde is probably needed because it ships  
with an updated version of the HTML compose code which most likely has  
many IE 8 fixes.
