Headers from TB
Content-Type: application/pkcs7-mime; name="smime.p7m";
smime-type=enveloped-data
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="smime.p7m"
Content-Description: S/MIME Encrypted Message

Headers from BB
Content-Type: application/x-pkcs7-mime; name=smime.p7m;
  smime-type=enveloped-data
MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-Disposition: attachment; filename=smime.p7m

I notice a different content type, the lack of quotes and the carriage
return in the middle of the Content-Type header in the BB version

Messages themselves are presented differently. It's a block in the TB
message, it's one line in the BB message.
