  Added files:
    lib/Fetchmail        hotmail.php 
  Log:
  Beginnings of the hotmail slurping code; code ruthlessly ripped out of the
  GPL'd HAIL project (http://www.hailware.com/).
  DO NOT EXPECT THIS CODE TO WORK (it doesn't).  DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE THIS CODE
  IN PRODUCTION SERVERS (it should not appear in the list of available fetchmail
  server types for a reason).  FOR THAT MATTER, DO NOT TRY TO USE THIS CODE ON
  ANY SERVER.  DO NOT TAUNT HAPPY FUN BALL.
  I just wanted to get this code in here so I can access it/work on it elsewhere.
