  Log:
  - Add some case insensitivity when dealing with INBOX.
  - Rewrite the parent node (IMP's menu icon) to show number of new
  messages in INBOX and to have a newmail icon, or back to the regular
  icon if no new mail.
  - Don't bold newmail numbers in parentheses.
