Pretty good - I made a few cleanups, but it's committed and in HEAD for people

Subject: Getting rid of email composition stuff in Turba?

Now that there is the address book popup in IMP, would anyone object to my 
removing the To:, Cc:, etc columns and the Send Message link from Turba? It 
kind of seems out of place in a real addressbook/contact manager...
