[dev] Nag: tasks with no names?

I accidentally added a task with no name, then realized there was no way to
edit it (the link on the List Tasks page is based on the task name).

What's the best way to fix this? JavaScript when the task is created to
sanity-check the name (a la the category-select widget) or displaying a
dummy name ("(no name)") on the List Tasks page?
