[dev] new IMP download compressed icon

The new IMP download compressed icons is pretty cool I guess, and the tooltip
that shows in my browser status window for both download links is cool, but
the tooltip that shows on the screen is just "Download" for both.  Maybe the
old one can stay "Download" and the new one can be "Download Zipped" or
"Download Compressed"?  This will confuse my users that there are two icons
with the same tooltip...
