[dev] recent agora changes

Hello,

just a short question. Why this -> 
http://cvs.horde.org/diff.php/agora/lib/Block/threads.php?r1=1.42&r2=1.43&ty=h 
change was implemented? SI'm asking this, because sorting used to work 
before, but now I always get empty $data_root variable and a lot of 
notices in agora block, like:

Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in 
/var/www/html/horde/agora/lib/Block/threads.php on line 38

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in 
/var/www/html/horde/agora/lib/Block/threads.php on line 99
