[dev] Forward message with separate attachments

Hi there list.

  The current behaviour when you forward a message with attachments is a bit
strange, since you can't choose which attachments you really want to send.
  The only options that i see are:
  - Forward as "Body text" that doesn't include any attachment at all, only
the original message in the body text
  - Forward as "Attachment" which produces a single attachment that contains
everything (including the original message)
  - Forward as "Body text and attachment" which is the same as adding the
two behaviours described above.

  In previous Horde versions, when you forwarded a message with attachments
you could choose which ones to include/remove from the new message.

  Will this behaviour become the default for forward messages or is this
some problem that needs to be solved?
