Yes!

Put another way, I don't disagree that package managers should be  
used, if possible, to install PHP.  But by highlighting this, and  
putting it in bold text, it suggested that the package manager route  
was foolproof.  And I don't feel that this is an accurate  
representation at this time.  So I wanted to de-emphasize a bit.
