Did you install PHP with RPMs, or by compiling the tarball?  I'm guessing
you compiled it yourself, and didn't configure with --enable-sysvsem and
--enable-sysvshm.  Both of those are needed if you want to use shared
memory for PHPLIB session storage.

If I guessed wrong and you are using RPMs, make sure it's either:

	4.0.3pl1-1
	4.0.4pl1-5 or higher

Other RPMs in-between will cause trouble.
