Really? Looking at your logs it seem like Horde *can't* connect to your DB.

Obviously Horde (PHP) can't connect to your SQL server. Make sure that you
really have a "root" user in MySQL that can login to your SQL server coming
from your Linux server without a password. Or change the settings.
