I see no problem with this module being developed in Horde CVS. It rather
depends on what you want to do and how you want to work on it.

We can give those of you who need to work on it CVS access, but if you
already have a development environment setup that all of your developers
can access, I'd stick with that system if I was you.

OTOH, you perhaps get more hands on it if it's being developed on our
server. It's up to you.
