[horde] Wrong date displayed in Horde apps

Sorry, I meant GMT, not +05:00.  In other words, the mailbox view is  
printing the GMT view, not the date from the mail header.  Here's an  
example.

Date in INBOX: 03:21:08 AM
Date in email view: Thu, 3 Nov 2005 22:21:08 -0500 (EST) [03:21:08 AM  
GMT]

This is the same reproducible behavior, no matter what time zone I  
choose in the Horde options.  I've tried "America/New York",  
"Default", even "America/Los Angeles".  They all report the same  
incorrect date.
