[horde] default theme

Hello,

i try to change the default theme.

I thought, that it must be changed in the registry.php because an see 
something with:


* themesuri     string   The base URI for the themes. This can be used to
*                        serve all icons and style sheets from a separate
*                        server.

But where must this changed?

In this section?
