[horde] Can't login: redirected back to login.php

Did you check your Pear stuff after the PHP upgrade? I'm not sure how 
you upgraded your PHP, but on my systems (Centos, RPM-based) doing a PHP 
upgrade also replaces pear with older stuff and I then have to do a pear 
update.
