[horde] Horde login page just reloads when I try to login as a user or admin

make sure your
$conf['cookie']['path'] = '/pathname';
in horde/config/conf.php
matches the subdirectory that you put horde in relative to your web root.

This is set the Administrator/setup/horde screen -
but you probably can't get there -
So you may have to edit the file directly and carefully.
