[horde] "White" screen when clicking Options in Turba

I notice as I upgrade to different HEAD versions sometimes when clicking Options you immediately get a white screen. Sometimes a refresh renders the screen properly, sometimes not. Does this have something to do with the framework? I update it each time I update a head release. PHP logging is not displaying anything so I do not know what else to add.
