[horde] Warning ldap_mod_add on appln pages

Hi all;

For this error i searched for my ldap error logs and access logs when i 
click on forwards, passwd and vacation

In access logs i get,.......

in my errors logs........

msgId=-1 - Duplicate value addition in attribute "objectClass" of entry

      [17/Jul/2008:13:14:58 +051800] - ERROR<5398> - Entry - conn=-1 op=-1 
msgId=-1 - Duplicate value addition in attribute "objectClass" of entry 
"uid=test, o=iqaranew.net"
       [17/Jul/2008:13:14:59 +051800] - ERROR<5398> - Entry - conn=-1 op=-1 
msgId=-1 - Duplicate value addition in attribute "objectClass" of entry 
"uid-test, o=iqaranew.net"


The attributes "hordeprefs, impprefs and turbaprefs" are added in my ldap 
under the objectclass -- hordeperson, and this was working perfectly in 
horde 2.x version( in earlier i had passwd in "Accounts" where attribute 
accountsprefs appeared in log but i have not defined in ldap ) &  i hav 
installed now horde-3.x latest so seeing the access logs do i have to define 
this attributes of 'vacationprefs, passwdprefs and forwardsprefs' in my 
ldap???? Also i get the above error in error logs is it because of this 
error i  get below error on web page.....................? or is there any 
change required at horde config side??

        " Warning: ldap_mod_add() [function.ldap-mod-add]: Modify: Type or 
value exists in /usr/local/apache2/htdocs/horde/lib/Horde/Prefs/ldap.php on 
line 495"

pls can anybody throw  some light on this that is there any connection 
between these horde related attributes and this error ? i want to get rid of 
this warning on webpage so that i can put in prodn...
