[horde] Any install instructions for OS X (10.3), or can the IMAP server be on a remote machine?

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for instructions on installation on Mac OS X.  Google
hasn't helped, other than turning up another user who finally gave up
and installed on Linux.  In fact, if it is possible to have the IMAP
server on OS X, and horde/imp and ingo on a Linux box, I could do that
if it is a lot easier (which it appears on the surface to be), though I
haven't tried anything yet.
