[horde] Horde Alarm.

Dear All,

As I was just going through pear.horde.org, I came across Horde_Alarm  
which has now a notification method using SMS.  I am yet to upgrade to  
HORDE 4, but eager to know, its pre-requisites.

I remember, there was an application namely 'swoosh' to send SMS.

We have a requirement of enabling authorised users to send SMS.  I am  
thinking, from that point of view, whether this Horde_Alarm may solve  
my problem?  We have smstools setup and working which we are using for  
2-factor authentication in some other application.
