Thank you for this note, Jan!

I try do to a upgrade from the "Horde Groupware Webmail Edittino 4.0.8"
with horde 4.0.15, imp 5.0.22 and so on...

Maybe you or someone else could help me out with my update problem, my
cmd was :

<<snip>>

/srv/www/horde/pear/pear -c /srv/www/horde/pear.conf -d \
   preferred_state=alpha upgrade -a -B -c horde

<<snap>>

After that I got a lot of messages like...

<<snip>>

horde/horde is already installed and is the same as the released version
4.0.15

<<snap>>

maybe my -c switch overrides the preferred_state=alpha option? Does
anybody know a setting which may cause this behavior?
