[horde] Whups isn't compatible with H5.0.1

Hi Ralf,

I tested It again today, and it works :-)
(I don't know why ;-))

But I have one problem:
If I want to edit the permissions of my Queue, i get this error in
frontend:

Trying to create sub permission of non-existant parent permission.
Create parent permission(s) first.

Where can I create this permissions?

I have created child permissions to "All Permissions", but it doesn't
work.
