[horde] passwd rc date

Hi

Does anyone have an ETA for the Passwd RC?  I've seen it asserted
several times that the git implementation is working.  Sadly, I don't
have any git knowledge or skills, nor would I particularly want to run
a production server on bleeding-edge git updates, so it would be nice
if we could get an RC package for Passwd - then we could give more
feedback to the devs.
