[horde] Outlook (+ iPhone) via ActiveSync asks for password

Obviously, you're using full email adresses for authentication. If  
Windows Mail only sends the username (without the domain part), that  
is clearly not going to work. You should either

1) Use only usernames for authentication (without the domain)

2) Make Windows Mail authenticate with the full email adress (username  
+ domain) on the first try

3) Use a preauthenticate hook (horde/config/hooks.php) to append the  
default domain if none is provided in the UserID.
