[horde] Rich Text (HTML) editor don't work in Basic Mode

Same problem here... but when I switch users, some are working and  
some are not. Same browser, same computer... can't explain. But with  
some users, the editor opens as a text editor.
I have tried to delete all user information from the database, but the  
problem remains...
