For now, only a wishlist item: Be very vocal about demanding 
reproducible, documented work. I'd rather be very verbose than make it 
hard for anybody to fix something small themselves, test it themselves, 
give feedback, create PRs. We've been too much of a closed ecosystem I 
think.
