[i18n] Problems (?) with updating sv_SE for Passwd (CVS)

Just retrieved current CVS for passwd, because I thought I'd get it to 
work better with vpopmail.

Anyway, I decided to update its sv_SE translation and ran into a weird 
problem. Strings that have parameters in them are not properly retrieved 
from the gettext-po, others are.

This isn't:

msgid "Failure in changing password on %s: %s"
msgstr "Misslyckades med att ändra lösenord på %s: %s"

Passwd still displays the top string
(I've verified this with many strings, it's not a case of a misspelled word)

What am I doing wrong? ;)
