Yeah, "MS Outlook" and "broken" are synonymous :)
They just don't get the quoting right. Every time I receive mail from
an outlook luser, the comment part of the To: address is embedded in
single quotes, even though there are no characters that must be quoted.
It's worse if the comment part consists of the email address itself, in
this case the To: looks like
To: "'a@a.a'" <a@a.a>
Yes, RFC 822 parsers are a proverbial pain in the $part and difficult to
get right, but it is beyond me how the multi-billon dollar "industry leader"
who can supposedly afford the cream of programmers produces such crap.

It might be worth checking whether M$ has made a patch available for this ...
