I've fixed my problem:
I've read past messages on the mailing list and made some tries with the
FromLineOverride=YES
parameter in /etc/ssmtp/ssmtp.conf. I've also made some tries with
FromLineOverride=NO
My real problem was that I've left it set to NO... :(
Anyway, I still can't understand why everything was perfect from the
command line and wrong from IMP...
