[imp] How to from user@www.domain.com to user@domain.com

Your MX record points to www.domain.com instead of domain.com.
AND/OR your mail server's DNS A record is www.domain.com 
instead of domain.com, with domain.com being an ALIAS for 
www.domain.com.

Verify the above, and reverse if necessary.
