Hmm, okay, I've got a problem.  I get these fatal error messages:

cvs [checkout aborted]: cannot stat /var/lock/cvs: No such file or
directory
cvs [checkout aborted]: cannot stat /var/lock/cvs: No such file or
directory

This happens, when the script tries to execute this:

        $CVSCOMMAND $CVS_ARGS -r $LABEL $MODULE

I suppose, this is because I don't have a CVS server running.

Can this script only be used when there's a working local CVS server?
