IMP 2.3 CVS install

Just a quickie..

In trying to do an install of the Horde + IMP from the latest CVS HEAD 
branch, everything goes fine until I actually go to the URL of the new 
install.

I get: Fatal error: Call to undefined function: _() in 
/home/httpd/html/webmail.new/config/registry.php on line 25

Obviously, I am missing something rather critical (and yes, I am using 
the latest 'pear'), but the question is: what is it that I am 
missing/overlooking?
