Howto modify .forward from imp

Hi,

I just don't know any other way anymore!

I have an problem, has anyone an Idea how it is possible to edit the =
.forward file oder .qmail from imp without using an shell !
There are lot of Ideas like using the database to stor the forward to =
mailaddress, but there will be the problem if the mailhost <> IMPhost =
etc..
Our mailhost ist an Mailonly host, i want to say there is no login =
available for the user (no ftp)

Maybe anyone has just solved the problem and knows an trivial solution.
