Charsets sending with IMP [was: What is database used for in POP3 environment?]

This is what I found out:

Old versions of Konqueror seem to send an odd ACCEPT_CHARSET header like 
iso8859-1, newer versions have this fixed and send correct headers but with 
an additional qualifier (iso-8859-1; q=1.0).

IMP now handles the qualifier properly (in ignoring it) but it wasn't worth 
fixing the broken headers for old Konquerer versions. KDE guys update their 
systems regularly anyway :-).
