[imp] Undefined index: index when saving message.

Well, just after sending this I found a message that I can save 
successfully.

I normally read my mail with separate program, not IMP, and on 
another account. For testing I bounced the reply you sent to the 
IMP list to my 'IMP address', opened it, clicked 'Save as', and... 
it worked.

However, I asked someone else to send a message to my IMP address 
and attempt to save that one failed in a way that I previously 
described.

So, the problem appears with messages both from myself and some 
other addresses but not with *all* messages from other addresses.

I guess the determining factor is something other than From: 
address. It seems that I need to do some more testing on this...
