[imp] Suggestion for replies.

Two options.

The easiest is to add it to the Options section under Message Composition,
in essence making it the user's choice in an all or none type idea.  I
think this would suffice.

The other (less attractive) option is where you currently have 'Reply' and
'Reply to All' include a checkbox widget between them that says 'with
original' maybe with arrows pointing to either side.  Again this is less
attractive.

All authentication is done by the imap_* functions build into php. So if you
want to use apop with IMP you have to find or modify a c-client that
supports APOP and can be compiled into php.
