[imp] removed IMP::preambleString() .

Complete clean cvs check out.

my sql database says "Mail/Trash"  and even if I re-save in preferences it 
still does not change the database.

if have to remove 'Mail/' from namespace in imp/config/servers.php to make it 
work with the new preambleString().  

How do I get my database to update?
