Either update the package: "rpm -Uvh php-4.1.0-0horde2.i386.rpm" or 
uninstall your old php before installing the new one: "rpm -e php".

You should also download the new php package ...horde4... that contains 
recent bug fixes for a security flaw found the file upload routines of PHP.
