Fatal Error at login

In response to the security issue in php I have updated the php package from
the redhat website.
The new rpms replaced the PEAR in my /usr/share so I re installed it from
the horde website.
After installing the updates we can no longer login to IMP and we get the
following error message.
I have checked Mysql it is working fine and test.php shows that Mysql is
supported in php.

I appreciate any help
