If you set both to INBOX., you are telling IMP to create all folders as 
INBOX.INBOX.foldername. Marcus was right - you set one or the other. 
Folders makes _everything_ be in there; namespace is just something which 
is stripped out if it's there, and used when creating folders.

If you want to allow folders outside of the INBOX. hierarchy - like 
Courier's shared folders - use namespace. If not, use folders. Never use 
both.
