Multiple domain email in Horde

IMP/Horde community,

I have my Apache webserver to handel to domain names.
This was done in the httpd.conf file via the 
"Document Root" varible. Apache distinguishes
two Domain names as two different directories.

When it come to using Horde for two different domain,
where in Horde configuration can this be done ?

When I start with the Horde screen I do see the option
to pick different servers, but what has to be done
on the back end.
