Take a look at horde/imp/config.php, there's a line that goes like this:

// Should we show files that begin with a '.' in the folder lists?
$conf['server']['show_dotfiles'] = false;

I think the default is false, so maybe that's what's troubling you.

I can not for the life of me see anything other then my inbox (folder list
is blank). And the only thing i can think of is that all my folders actually
reside "outside" the inbox, as in below. Now, what do i need to config to
get this working? Or must(should?) i move my folder tree to "inside the
INBOX" or something?  I feel lost.. and i realize that things have changed
since IMP1.X :)
