[imp] cvs conf.xml running problem

Dear Sir,

I download horde-imp cvs version from your server.
i m not able to run conf.xml file, how to create  file
conf.php ?? can u guide me ?? can u provide me
conf.php file.

I have download Horde 3.0 cvs and IMP 4.0 cvs.can u
help for conf.xml 

i have rpm of version
expat-1.95.1-1
expat-devel-1.95.1-1
should degrade because conf.xml is 1.0 version or can
u provide me conf.php as same.
